Since Solar Technologys
reputation depends on the quality and
reliability of our products, we have quality
control inspections throughout our entire
process, from engineering and design through
assembly to the final Quality Control check.
Quality Control
Our Quality Control
inspection contains 35 items, and is a
top-to-bottom evaluation of every unit as it
exits the manufacturing floor. It includes
performance tests to ensure the display
modules are lit, and the solar panels and
EMS (Energy Management System) are charging,
plus tests of the chassis, down to checking
that each bolt is torqued correctly.
