Solar Technology, in
general, is fortunate to have a stable workforce with
little turnover. We are enthusiastic supporters of
Lehigh County Technical Institute, and offer both
Shadowing and Internship programs for their technical
trades students, and often hire graduates, but we are
also looking for experienced technical workers.
The manufacturing
division does have a busy season (March thru October)
and a slower season (November thru February), based on
our customer’s construction seasons. In the spring, we
are likely to hire workers for these departments:
Electronic Assembly, Metal Fabrication and Welding, and
Mechanical Assembly.
